So what do you guys think? What are you doing to keep your routine fresh and challenging?
Hope you all had a beautiful day!
I am currently doing Zumba, I actually just did a post about it. The only thing I'm struggling with is eating right. I don't eat that much "junk food" it's just that I need actual meal times. My schedule is so weird that I rarely have breakfast and then I make things that I think are healthy, but it turns out I'm wrong. I just need to work on that and I think I'll be on a pretty good track. Good luck with yours!
ReplyDeleteAn awesome website I have found for health recipes is eatingwell.com and skinnytaste.com. and I have found that the easiest way to stay on track with eating is plan ahead! Pack your stuff the night before, plan your meals out, make your grocery list and get the stuff you need over the weekend so you are ready for a good week. Just a few things that work for me : )
DeleteOnly 10 lbs?! That is AWESOME! I know you must feel much better, stronger and more confident. You need to stop beating yourself up, you are doing amazing! Keep at it girl and yes as Heather said, plan your meals. Try doing carbs for just one meal, post work-out of course. Remember key to health and being fit is 70% diet and 30% activity. You are ROCKIN!
